Evlilik kararı ve evlenme zamanına kadar geçecek olan sürenin çiftlerde stres kaynağı olduğunu söyleyen BIOBLAS Saç Bakım Danışmanı Ecz. Dr. Özden Kasımoğulları, stresi ise saç dökülmelerinin en büyük nedenlerinden biri olarak gösterdi. Kasımoğulları söyle konuştu: “BIOBLAS’ın yaptırdığı son araştırmaya göre her 10 kişiden 7’sinin saçları stres nedeniyle dökülüyor. Kişi için her yeni durum, karşılaştığı sorunlar ve uyaranlar stres nedenidir. Stres ise ruhsal olduğu kadar fiziksel sorunlar da doğurur. Stres nedenli beslenme dengesizliğinden dolayı vücudun ihtiyacı olan vitamin ve mineraller yeterli oranda alınamaz Bu da vücudun tüm dengesini bozar.

 

Saçın mineralleri azalıyor, saçlar dökülüyor

Uzun süren şiddetli strese ise önce saçların tepki verdiğini ifade eden Kasımoğulları, vücudun stres sonucu salgıladığı asidin saç derisinin pH değerini düşürdüğünü belirtti. Kasımoğulları, bu durumun saçlarda seyrelmeye ve ani saç kayıplarına yol açabileceği konusunda uyardı. BIOBLAS Saç Bakım Danışmanı Kasımoğulları, “İnsanların belli dönemlerinde saç dökülme yoğunluğu daha da artar. Bizim yaptığımız araştırmalara göre bu dönem ya hayatıyla ilgili yeni bir karar verdiği ya yoğun tempoda çalıştığı ya da hayatında olumsuzluk yaşadığı zamanlara denk gelir. Stres saçın ihtiyacı olan çinko, demir, magnezyum, kalsiyum ve potasyum minerallerini azaltır. Bu da saç seyrelmelerine veya ani saç kayıplarına neden olur” dedi.

 

 

Mineral zengini ürünler tercih edilmeli

Evlilik sırasında yaşanılan stresi yok etmek pek mümkün olmasa da evlilik stresinin neden olduğu saç dökülmelerinden kurtulmak mümkün. BIOBLAS Saç Bakım Danışmanı Kasımoğulları, düğün öncesi sorun olmaktan çıkaracak ipuçlarını verdi: “Bu dönemde vücudun ihtiyacı olan çinko, demir, magnezyum, kalsiyum gibi mineral ve vitamin ihtiyacını karşılayacak besinlere yönelmek gerekebilir. Bunun yanı sıra bu saç için yoğun bir bakım kürüne girilebilir. Saçın ihtiyacını karşılayacak ürünler kullanmakta fayda var. Mineral ve vitamin bakımından zengin ve saç dökülmesi sorununa çözüm getiren ürünler kullanılabilir.”

Popo estetiğiyle ilgili günümüzde uygulanan birkaç değişik yöntem mevcuttur. * Dikişle popoyu asma yönteminde hiç iz olmaması avantajken kalıcı olmaması ciddi bir dezavantaj. Genellikle 3–6 ay arasında bu dikiş gevşiyor ve etkisini kaybediyor. * Popo bölgesine lipofilling yapmak bir başka yöntem. Eğer fazlalık varsa basenlere yani poponun yan-alt bölgelerine liposuction yapılıyor ve poponun üst bölgelerinde yağ enjeksiyonuyla dolgunluk sağlanıyor. * Sarkık görünen kalçalara popo kaldırma (dikleştirme) ameliyatı uygulanıyor. Çok gevşek derili ve aşırı kilo veren insanlarda popo sarkabilir. Bu durumda belden veya kalça üstünden geçen kesilerle, beldeki ve popo üst bölümündeki sarkan deri ve yağ kısmı bir kuşak gibi çıkarılarak kalça yukarı doğru çekilir, dikişler mayo altında kalır. Genel anestezi ile hastanede yapılan 4–5 saatlik bir ameliyattır. Hasta bir gün hastanede yattıktan sonra evine çıkabilir. 10–15 gün evde istirahat ettikten sonra sosyal hayatına dönebilir. Göğüs Dikleştirme: Yaş ilerledikçe sarkan göğüsler için uygulanan bu operasyon genellikle genel anestezi altında yapılır. Ameliyatın yapılması 1,5–3,5 saat arasında bir süre alır. Memeler ilk 1–2 gün hafif mor, şişmiş görünür ve rahatsızlık verebilir, ama ciddi bir ağrı oluşturmaz. Bandajlar 7 gün sonra çıkarılır. Göğüs Büyütme: Küçük göğüslü bayanların sıklıkla uygulattığı bu ameliyatta, göğüs altından 3 veya 4 cm. kesilerek, meme dokusunun arkasına ameliyat öncesi belirlenen implant konur. Eğer meme istenilen boyutlara geldi ise ameliyat tamamlanır. Genellikle talep, göğüs ölçüsünün en küçük boydan 85 C`ye çıkarılması yönündedir. 1–2 saatte gerçekleştirilen işlem sonrasında hasta aynı gün taburcu edilir. Ancak hastanın 2–3 gün dinlenmesi önerilir. Karın Germe: Göbek kısmındaki yağlanmadan şikayetçi bayanların uygulattığı bu işlemde karın gerilir, tamamen dümdüz olur. Tekrar aynı bölgede yağ oluşumu söz konusu değildir. Karın duvarı kasları gevşemişse, dikişle karın duvarı da gerilir. Aynı esnada karın duvarının yan bölümündeki kaslara güçlendirme dikişleri konularak, bel oyuntusu oluşturulur. Göbek deliği yeni yerine yerleştirilerek işlem sonlandırılır. Bacak Kontörü: Kasıktan başlayıp arkada kalça kıvrımına uzanan bir kesi yapılır. Bacak derisi yukarı doğru gerilir. Deri şekillendirilip, fazlası atılır ve işlem kalıcı dikişlerle tamamlanır. It’s an email device. That’s it. That’s all it does and like the tagline “simply connected,” it don’t get much simpler than this. Meet Peek. I’ve spent the past month using it as my exclusive go-to email device. Tho I have an iPhone, did the Peek meet my standards? Hit the jump to read my review

If you couldn’t tell from the pictures, it’s thin - very thin. The build is surprisingly sturdy and the rubberized face lends a sense of robustness in hand. The 2.5″ screen isn’t the brightest or color dense but it gets the job done. The UI is pretty straight forward all controlled by the jog dial and back button on the side. If you’re familiar with Blackberries, you’ll feel right at home. The keys are raised and rubberized too. They’re clicky which is good but require a bit too much pressure to depress for my liking. The battery is removable but all you need is the supplied mini-USB a/c adapter to charge it.

You can only set up one email account, in my case I used GMAIL which sync’d beautifully. It can read attachments but beware, you’ll have to tag specific messages to save, otherwise old messages get deleted to make room for new ones. Receiving email was instantaneous and this is where this thing SHINES…

Wireless service comes with the Peek. You read right. No contracts, no limits, or caps. Just $19/month and your ready to go. Awesome right?

What we liked:

• Interface is slow at times
• Scrolling with the jog wheel isn’t accurate
• Battery life is short, lasts about a day and a half
• No email sorting, no junk filtering
• Screen color should be more dense for photo attachments
• 8MB memory too small

The Peek isn’t for everyone, especially if you already have a smartphone, but I don’t think pros are the Peek’s target market. This is for that friend or family member who wants their email on the go without all the complexities of a smartphone, contracts, and UI quirks. At $49, it’s a steal.

My family is as dysfunctional as the Chairs for the Dysfunctional by Alice Wang. All of us are quirky personalities and the five chairs in the series go perfectly well with our mindsets. The Collapsible Crutch is designed for nearly all users regardless of their height. The design also increases the load bearing capacity of the crutch. Perhaps the biggest improvement are the collapsable shafts making storage less of an issue when moving in/out of vehicles. They’re still unwieldy looking but if I can sit down in a movie theater or restaurant without awkwardly resting my crutches to the side, I’m all for it.

Today Sony announced the world’s smalles HD camcorder. The new model will be called Sony HDR-TG1 and it records video in full HD resoultion (1080i, not 1080p though). The camcorder will be out in June and the asking price will be around $900. Full press release after the break.

PMA in Vegas brings some more exciting news, today in the form of JVC's new slimmed down GZ-X900 or Everio X for short. Aimed less at the camcorder crowd and more at the web production mavens, the X has a fewer manual controls built into the body making for a much more aesthetically pleasing form. Like the Samsung SC-MX20, Kodak Zi6, it still has many post-processing favorites like a YouTube mode and easy export to iTunes. Video is recorded in AVCHD format which is showing up in more and more devices.

The hybrid has a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor that is on par with point and shoot DSCs, but it can record in 1080i at bit rate of 24Mbps on SD/SDHC cards. The Everio X can take stills at up to 9 mega-pixels, and is equipped with a 5x optical zoom lens with a 3.4 f-stop aperture. JVC has included the now standard, face detection and optical image stabilization features that will entice lovers of bells and whistles. Newer add-ons like a 20x slow-motion feature may attract some niche buyers. As with many of the new goodies showing up at PMA this week there's no indication of street price or release date.

For those who dig the numpad-less design of the Apple Bluetooth keyboard and miss the dual USB ports on the original extended layout version, Cupertino has just come out with a mini keyboard that suits exactly your need. The Apple Keyboard - bearing a plain name that doesn't mention the omission of the numeric pad - is brought out like other minor upgrades in a subtle manner.

Both sides of the keyboard sport a USB port that is enough to power a mouse, but doesn't supply enough juice to recharge an iPod. The new mini Apple Keyboard is now standard on all Mac desktops except for the mini, which traditionally doesn't ship with input devices anyway. People who spend 10 hours a day crunching numbers will be glad to know that the extended version with numeric pad can be optionally configured without costing an extra dime.
